Vice President, Chief Client Success Officer for IBM Watson IoT
Dianne is currently the Vice President, Chief Client Success Officer for Watson IoT
focused on being the voice of the client to deliver exceptional experiences in Services,
Support and Customer Success Manager (CSM) engagement. Her goals are to retain and
grow the client base and their business helping them achieve their goals through the use
of Watson IoT offerings and solutions and to enjoy significant Customer Advocacy.
Previously, she was the Sales Integration Executive for The Weather Company in IBM’s
Watson & Cloud Platform business unit where she focused on accelerating the growth of
the B2B business with clients, across and within IBM’s business units, into IBM’s
verticals beyond their core industries today, while expanding the business globally. Prior
to this role, Dianne was the Director, Integration Executive for Silverpop, now the
cornerstone of our IBM Marketing Cloud as a part of our Watson Customer Engagement
business unit. In that role, she was responsible for the successful integration across sales,
services, marketing, support, product development, human resources, finance, operations,
information technology and many other supporting functions such as contracts and
software integration into IBM while simultaneously growing and expanding their
business to achieve revenue and signings goals building a global footprint.
Before moving into mergers & acquisitions roles, Dianne was the Global Director of
Marketing for Industry, Mobile & Smarter Process where she led a team of marketing
professionals that develop and execute industry-focused marketing initiatives for IBM’s
broad portfolio of SaaS and software products and services in these key capabilities. In
addition, she has served as Director of Marketing for IBM MobileFirst &
PureApplication System, Marketing Manager for Industry in BPM and ODM, and
Marketing Manager for Global Government and Healthcare for the Cross-IBM Software
Group Industry Frameworks team. She was also a Channel Marketing Manager in
IBM.com where she focused on driving Global System x, Blades, and System p offerings
into the market for IBM Systems & Technology group.
Prior to IBM, Dianne spent 12 years on active duty in the United States Army as a
Logistics Officer focused on Supply Chain Management and has an MBA in strategic
consulting and eCommerce. She also holds a Masters in Strategic Studies from the
United States Army War College. Dianne is a Brigadier General in the Army Reserves,
Commanding an Expeditionary Sustainment Command (ESC) in Los Angeles, CA.
